  1. Q What is a V.I.P. Treatment Card?  
    A It can be thought of an an electronic gift certificate. You also can use it for yourself. This card has 2 functions. It allows you to pre-pay a certain amount that enables you to pay for car washes in the future. Each and every time you redeem car washes off of this card you will earn loyalty points.  
  2. Q Do I have to pre-pay in order to earn loyalty points?  
    A No, you can choose to pay for your carwash on site. And we still will reward you with loyalty points.  
  3. Q What rewards can I redeem my loyalty points toward?

  4. Q I currently have a paper frequent card. How can I switch?  
    A Once you have reached your 9th visit and you redeem your paper card, we will issue a V.I.P. Loyalty card for you next time.  
  5. Q Why is the V.I.P. treatment card personalized?  
    A There are 2 good reasons why your V.I.P. card is personalized. First,in case you loose your card, your loyalty points are easily transferred to another card and even more important, your pre-paid money can be transferred as well. (This process takes about 1 hour until you are able to receive your new card.)  
  6. Q What other benefits do I have with my V.I.P. Loyalty card?  
    A Besides being able to use this card as a convenient form of payment and earning loyalty points, you will also get a free executive wash (an up to $18.95 value) on your birthday. You are also entitled to a $2.00 Senior Citizen Discount. (Senior citizen discount is not valid with any other offer)  
  7. Q I do like the benefits of the V.I.P. Loyalty card, but I don't feel comfortable to give you my personal information. Is my privacy protected?  
    A The information on your V.I.P. Loyalty card is protected. We do not share any information with a third party or sell it to other businesses.  
  8. Q Where can I use this V.I.P. treatment card?  
    A You can use the V.I.P. treatment card ONLY at the Ontario Mills 76 Car Wash!!!  
  9. Q How can I check my balance on the Card?  
    A Every time you use your Card you will receive a little receipt that tells you exactly what your balance is and how many loyalty points you have earned. But feel free to bring in your card and we will check it for you.  
  10. Q Is the card free? Do I have to apply for it?  
    A The card is free for you and you don't have to apply for it. It is not a Credit Card, it is treated like cash!  
  11. Q Can I get cash back if I have money left on my card?  
    A No, this card represents a pre-payment for products and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
  12. Q What happens with the physical card once I redeem all of my loyalty points and/or used my pre-payment?  
    A The physical card stays with you and can be re-loaded with loyalty points as well as pre-payments.  
  13. Q What should I do if I loose my V.I.P. Treatment card?  
    A Please let the clerk on site know that you have lost your card. He/She will hand you a form that you would need to fill out. Within 1 hour the lost card will be cancelled and a new card with all the information that was on your old card will be issued for you.
