There are 2 good reasons why your V.I.P. card is personalized. First,in case you loose your card, your loyalty points are easily transferred to another card and even more important, your pre-paid money can be transferred as well. (This process takes about 1 hour until you are able to receive your new card.) |

Every time you use your Card you will receive a little receipt that tells you exactly what your balance is and how many loyalty points you have earned. But feel free to bring in your card and we will check it for you. |

Please let the clerk on site know that you have lost your card. He/She will hand you a form that you would need to fill out. Within 1 hour the lost card will be cancelled and a new card with all the information that was on your old card will be issued for you. |
